Our e-bikes can go 20-45 miles on a full charge. Please remember that they require some effort to preserve the battery. Use the throttle sparingly, mainly for initial acceleration. To optimize battery life use pedal assist, especially on hilly terrain. Battery checks are conducted before each booking, but if you suspect a defect, contact us at (928)123-1234
